Arrive to Volterra, one of the twelve Etruscan towns, situated on a high plateau with an amazing view. You can visit the Duomo (cathedral), the Guarhacci Etruscan museum, and enjoy the medieval buildings while doing some shopping for alabaster at the local manufacturers’ shops.
Depart for the Torciano winery for a light lunch and great wine tasting with nine wines and olive oil tasting guided by Pier Luigi Giacchi and his sommelier. After lunch the tour continues with a beautiful drive through the middle of the Vernaccia vineyards of San Gimignano.
Arrive to San Gimignano, the town with fourteen towers from the 13th century. The town has a unique atmosphere from the Middle Ages that you can feel on the streets.
You will not miss the best gelato in the world at Gelateria Dondoli.
